quick update on the 17mm hub conversion...the ofna 81175 's will fit but you have to drill out the center (1/4 drill bit) AND you have to grind down the back of the hub (about 1mm) so that the pin holes will line up....and it will look like this:

however, the threads on the hubs will only accept the threads on the wheel nuts that came with the set.....i have a set of losi/AE/and mugen 17mm hex nuts and they don't fit...seems like the thread on these hubs are wider...

sooo....if you want to keep using your 17mm wheel wrench and not have to deal with a 14mm nut and a washer to keep the wheel in place....this modification is an option although the latter (17mm hex hub with 14mm nut and washer) is cheaper than the ofna hex hub mod...but the ofna one should be stronger...
