How to remove bearing from the rear endbell ?

You're motor is fine. I asked the same question when I got my brand new motor last year. Castle said it's okay.

Same here, in my 1520 and 1515, i can push the rotor in the motor, and then the rotor comes back with magnet force on the front bearing. I always wondered if it don't apply too much strains ont the front bearing, but all seems OK.
Dont forget to glue your bearings ! My front bearing was unglued and moving in the front bell, the are glued stock.

Yes, I've glued the front, and this evening I'll check it to be sure it is firmly in place.

The stock bearing in the rear endbell wasn't glued (as far as I noticed), but in any case the bearing housing seems to be more tight that the front one, and in fact I've applied more pressure to insert the new bearing.
