HotnCold: I was talking to Mike a while ago and he did mention that you had an Evo VIII. I have always been a big fan of the 4G63 motors. While in Iraq my wife told me that the dealership had a Evo IX MR. She was supposed to get rid of the max for it but it never happened. Next time I guess. Are you planning on modding your max at all? I am waiting for a turbo kit or supercharger kit for mine.

I haven't thought about modding it - (Got my truck if i wanna kick some butt LOL) I like the new evo - but im not to sure i like the 6 speed - when i had mine and i did all my mods to it - it would fly thru the gears so fast you would be shifting so fast it would make you sweat - so another gear would be even more and faster shifting. I will look at a supercharger i guess when it comes out - but i want reliability - my wife wont let me trade this in for a long while :-( and when i do decide to - she will probably trade the mini van in and keep it for herself - she loves the heated steering wheel - LOL . Who am i kidding - i will probably get the supercharger when it comes out LMAO:027: :027:

Thanks HotnCold!

It has 188HP and weighs close to 6000lbs. Not exactly a speed demon or hybrid, but I love it.:027:

I know...

It has an OK amount of torque 250 ft/lbs. According to the butt dyno, it is a decent amount of torque.
I would love to drop in a lower end of a 4.6L from a newer Land Rover but it is a bit pricey.

It still pulls the boat around with no problem.

I am on the same boat. My wife wont let me trade it only because I go through cars a lot. I have had 12 cars in the last 2 years...lol.
