i just bought them, so i'm gonna have to deal with it.

I thought that it being 6S 3600mah would be equivalent to a 4S 5000mah or so..

was doing some math and these batts are capable of 1776W continuous and 2664W burst, it's not enough for a MMM?

Your batteries should be just fine, I race with allot of guys that run 6s 3500mAh batteries with no problems. The only problem will be too much speed with a 2200kv motor, most people racing 6s run 1400 to 1600kv motors.
