do not worry about grinding on your motor. buy a pinion puller, and coat your shaft with blue loctite. it will never slip or come off, you do not even need the grub screw after it dries.

for iron 40-80 watt is fine depends on how fast you want the job done

buy the 3.5mm gold conectors for your motor and esc, helps with diagnostics and if your motor runs in revurse, you just turn it off and flip wires 5 second fix
