I came up with an idea of how to adjust it. Take the thrid clutch and second and swap. You can adjsut the shift point for sec on the thrid gear. That away it is only a few swap out of the trans. I have not tried this yet. Just need to make sure the thrid is tight when swap it.

That is on a 8L correct. What you got the pinion and spur at? It probably has some good crawl to. You make me want to convert mine with the three speed.
