If you are just worried about durability, I wouldn't be so quick to toss off the Revo. Other than a few issues, they are pretty durable IMO. I've had one for 4 years and it has taken quite a beating, and most parts are cheap and plentiful. I've been tempted to sell it, but its cheap and reliable enough its not worth it.

OTOH, I don't drive it nearly as much as my other trucks (Savage inc) as the other trucks are bigger, drive over more stuff, and just end up being more fun.
