it goes by voltage. the charger stops when the cells are at 4.2v each.

one hyperion charging at 2c (14amps) will charge all 4 2s 7000mah batteries in 2 hours

could even charge two at a time, but you would be limited to 10 amps at 4s (2 2s in series)
