Took this guy out yesterday to run on the track a bud of mine has in his backyard. Pretty sweet with buggy wheel/tires. Running the stock tranny case. Since Tower screwed me. Temps were high. About 170 or so, geared 13/56 32p with vxl on 2s. I hope the metal tranny case will bring those temps down.

I went to the LHS to get some slightly higher rated springs for the rear, since I have been bottoming out a bit. Found another nice set of losi's to solve that. Went back to the track to test and they worked like a charm.

Quick Q? What weight diff oil do you all run in the rear of your 2wd? I have 100k in there now, and I know it is never good to run that thick in the rear, but I had the thick stuff in there since this guy was mostly ran in sand up till now.

I'll get some more pictures up over the weekend. Looks pretty slick with the buggy wheels, that and I don't have to get a bigger servo.

Still have those new MT wheels sitting around too you guys. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink!
