single conversion is either negative shift or positive shift, you need to match that to your transmitter.

- if it is a negative shift tx it has to be a negative shift rx, or dual conversion rx

- if it is a positive shift tx it has to be a positive shift rx, or dual conversion rx

- a dual conversion tx will work with negative shift, positive shift, or dual conversion rx's

basically if either tx or rx is single it has to be matched with the same single or a dual

The crystals are the same.

does that make any sense? what transmitter do you have?
