But who can I email about replacing the motor? I've already asked horizon. They simply said they didn't supply bearings and I needed to buy bearings (2 email total.).

why would you need to replace the motor? the front bearing is a rc-standard size (diff, wheels). you get both bearings where you get bearings or rc-stuff.

before re-assembling, clean the motor inside.
