My old man used to go on about bike pants. He reckoned 'they're all pxxfs'. So it was some foot in mouth in the end. He blends right in.

I think it will be some time before I slip into a pair of bike shorts. Now the family is away I go to the gym more regularly. I don't push around dead weights, I do combat classes- dance around aerobics style and throw a few punches and kicks. Great for eye candy!

I got my New bike today . They gave me a free fitting service, since my bike was delayed in getting to me. We determined i did'nt like the stock seat. So i got a better fitting seat, which is flater than the stock seat in the nose area. The seat that fit the best was a $140 seat, with titanium rails,http://www.competitivecyclist.com/ro...572.236.0.html . That i got for $40 bucks with the trade in of my stock seat. This is what im looking at getting next.

I have'nt done that in years . There are acctually two reasons for shaving your legs. One is aero dynamics, & the other is it acctully helps you slide on the pavment if you fall. Instead of all the little hairs pulling on the skin & causing it to tear.

That looks AWSOME . I really like the fact they left it in Raw form & did not paint it. What componets are you going to use, Shimano, Sram, or Campy ?.

Rene or Agarabaghi check out these rollers, they are pretty bad ass. I have riden on rollers in the past, but not rollers like this. You can stand & sprint on these, were as you could'nt on the older rollers. I was thinking about maybe getting some, to use instead of my boring Trainer.

I ride outdoors , but sometimes the weather is crappy outside & i would still like to ride. As for the Zips, im comteplating these Reyolds Asssult rims, i can get them for $1200. Also i just made a Fork mount rack for the inside of my Van. so i dont have to lay my bike on it's side anymore.

I acctually found them for $1130 on a ebay store. But my LBS said they could sell me a set for $1200. The advantage of buying from my LBS is support if there is a problem, versus getting them from a ebay store.
