Metalman is correct on the continuous beeping. It is an error code. You shouldn't have any trouble with the mx3, either. Try the "reset" procedure and then move on to programming. This will set the controller to its initial settings(should already be there, but I have experienced this same beeping error code and did the reset procedure to clear it out). Let me know how it works.

OK.

If you're talking about 'EASY return to default settings', then that doesn't work, either. Unless there's some magic little button hidden somewhere, or some strange procedure that can be done without powering up, I'm out of luck. As I stated before, no matter what I do, BEC / no BEC, throttle up / back, throttle normal / reversed, I get beeping after five seconds. Straight error code.

I have since tried it with my Airtronics RD8000, and three other receivers with my MX-3, and I still have no luck.

Looks like I'm about to do some shipping (and waiting).

crud.
