Well, you brought it up. (rather the fluid in the reservoir brings it up)

I have a 3 piece internal pump installed!1! There are two tubes installed. One on each side of the penis. Located in my scrotum are a small pump w/ release valve and a saline reservoir. When I need a lever I pump it up. when I'm done using my pry tool, I hit the release valve.

It works much like the old reebok pumps did. Quite well.

I'm actually going to upgrade it in the next year or two to an "always ready" design. No 4 hour limit for cripples!!!
