Hi Patrick, I'm glad to read about the move to 8guage wire, I'm a boater and have a couple of Hydra240s, they are good ESCs but I do find the twin 10guage wires a PITA both to solder and to route in tight spaces, will the new marine ICE line have single 8guage wires too or twin 10guage?

Hot Bodies Lightning 2 Pro carbon, Mega 22/30/2, MMM, 4s3-5Ah.
Tamiya F201 carbon, Mamba 7700, MM, 2s A123 2.3ah.
Xray XT8, 1518, MMM, 4s5Ah.
Lots of boats.

Yes, the new Hydra ICE line will use 8ga wires.

Thanx!

We have been beta testing our 12S controller, but be aware the power is about the same as the 8S setup... and uses an opto controller (so you need a separate RX pack to power the RX and servos...)

Patrick,

Are we still waiting for the parts to come in? Do you have an ETA as to when the distributors will be able to order the parts?

Thanks
