Not only are you entitled to a refund on the difference, but if you bitch enough you will get all your shipping expenses refunded.

I've been having a bunch of slow deliveries, none that I paid extra for one-day, though. I have one exception, though. I ordered something from Amazon and it got delivered next day (I'm a Prime member and get two day shipping) from OnTrac.
