If the shocks were recently rebuilt, you can just put in some fresh oil. For a 4 shock setup, I run the black springs with 100 weight oil on my G-maxx(around 10 pounds rtr). Take your time and get the air out as described above and you will be happy with the results. A high wear item on these shocks is the shock end. Mine seem to develop play pretty quickly. I make a habit of replacing them when I rebuild the shocks.

Alright. I'll try out the 70wt I picked up, if don't like it, try out thicker, then 8 shocks it'll be if not.
