It would be possible to make a portable castle link, but will they do it? I doubt it. It would take too much money to design an app and connector from the phone to the C-Link that allows the phone to recognize the hardware. Maybe in when a phone is released with a usb input it would be more realistic.

That's the word I was looking for, rooted. I rooted a coby kyros mid 7015 touch screen tablet my dad shipped me awhile. It only had the android 2.1 with the app libs store for downloading apps. It now has the android marketplace as well. I didn't upgrade the 2.1 as The hardware doesn't allow this but just having to android marketplace is good enough for me as it opens me up to a lot of apps that I wouldnt have had if I didn't upgrade.
