The quality difference in answers here and at the HK site is enormous! :)

I'll try to widen the dead band a little!

The issue was also pressent last year with another cheap TX/RX combo (the Acoms 2,4GHz). But the noise level surely did increase with the HK TX/RX.

Wireing isn't the issue since its not installed... neither is load by the wheels or noise from the motor. I'll play around with it and let you know if I had any success!

digital servos do make noise. I have never done anything to correct it and the servos are fine. You don't need to do anything unless the noise really bothers you.
