the Muggy uses more or less the same CVA that I'm using in my ERBE, I used Mugen MBX6 hexes but any 1:8 buggy/truggy/MT ones should work since they're relatively universal.

Find em cheap on eBay. Shouldn't cost you more than $20.

Good luck with that. That's quite high for used equipment. 90 would be a better # for a used 1515, 120-ish for the 1518.

The turnbuckles are actually to help keep the chassis from bending. Its know for having a weak chassis. At some point you'll want to upgrade to the stiffer chassis plate.
The Muggy is a great truck. Look around there are several Muggy build threads (cant remember where mine is!!!)
