A 15t pinion puts you at 40mph, and a 17t pinion puts you at 46mph. I would start with a 16t and see how it feels, of course checking temps often until you know it is a good setup. (it should be good)
Have you ever used the top speed calculator? RCM's own BrianG made it. It can be found in a sticky in the brushless section. Also here:

If you know your specs you can just enter them in the windows, if not there are convenient drop down windows. Just input your data and it will show you the speed you'll get with different gear ratios. Use 3.7v/cell for the battery table.
