I hurt my foot yesterday, so no biking this morning. I keep the A123's in the house, so they are ok in the cold morning. Me keeping a 2p configuration also helps as they get warm under load and get a bit more power as a result.
BTW, I've been charging the A123's to 3.5V instead of 3.6V. There is barely a difference in mah between 3.5 and 3.6V. My batteries are old now and hold 2000mah per cell. I almost ran out of power once near my house, due to a really strong headwind.

I wish I could move the rear of the bike by 2" for a longer wheel base. I need to learn how to weld.

Ummm, I know how to weld

Yours would be so easy since it's a cantalever system.

The Warnings & Cautions discussed in this manual cant cover all possible conditions/situations. It must be understood that common sense and caution are factors which cant be built into this product.
