Having a chassis that can fit the old & new tranny wiht no extra work required is brilliant, especially if you have an upgraded 3906 tranny, or no tranny at all & want to keep your option open.

K1RC- I prefer the low-slung style myself, makes the truck more stable, but it does also mean it will dragging it's belly through the grass and dirt if you have the suspension set quite low. Based on that, I'd say for hardcore bashing the original style is better, for less intense driving or onroad/high speed driving the new style is better suited.

I agree and I love having a truck that handles well its just personally I think the slab of alloy underneath is a little ugly... Just my opinion...
