I was low on cash for quite a while so progress stopped, however now I have ordered all the electronics and bought a speed gun so I'm just waiting for that lot to arrive and then I can get testing! Had to get new batteries as the ripple voltages being caused by the ones I have were too high, on a proper speed run it would blow the ESC. Also bought a Castle Cap Pack to help with the ripple :) I also had a nice realisation that I DON'T need to shorten the drive shafts after.
