So do the steel ones rust if the black covering gets scratched off/removed? I didn't see anything said about this, so I was just curious.

The black oxide is just like the coating on the hex screws. They rust easily.

I would say the TI are the rarest. I have a set of 6mm TI and a set of 8mm TI, but I have 5 sets of stainless. No steel for me

aha! Now we know who has all the SS sets!

Since I want to actually run the truck I'm building (and can't get myself to ruin a set of the Ti UE CVs), I would be interested in a trade for a SS set.

Just in case anyone out there might have a set of SS UE CVs they wish they could turn into Ti

So I decided to keep my Ti 6mm CVD's and not run them.

And gumleguf hooked me up with a nice black oxide Steel 6mm set (+2 spares actually). Thank you sir!

He had 5 complete, and 1 missing just the barrel that connects the shaft and the axle. So if anyone has any of these barrels, and would be willing to spare 1 or 2 of them, so I can complete the 6th CVD, I would be very grateful
