This is just the kind of stuff I DONT need to hear.

A neighbor produced a very lightly used road bike for me to bring back to life and just ride. All that is left is to do is stuff a new tube on the rear and I had planned to do that shortly.


But more importantly, glad to hear you are ok, and the bike as well.

No road rash on the elbows or knee's?

Accident update. The cop came to my work this morning & took a report. He then went to talk to the lady. She admitted that she hit me, & it was her fault. He wrote her some kind of citation, & she will also get a certified letter from the state, requiring her to retake her drivers license test. If she fails the test or to respond to the letter she looses her license. Also she was 86 years old.

No road rash. there is one little area on the rr part of the drive side chain stay. It looks like a crack, but i don't think it is because it does not come thru the clear coat. The officer also put her insurance info in the report, in-case i find damage latter.
