Pros: better straight line stability, more weight forward for better steering*/less wheelies

Cons: larger turning circle, more limited selection of shells that will fit, need custom or other brand rear dog bone

The thing about the mono block is that it was conceived at a time when the emaxx/tmaxx was the shorter length- these days the stock trucks are the same length as an old maxx + mono block, so it has less value in my eyes- more of a nice item to have vs an essential one as such...
