What's the best esc to run in my rival
Xl
Monster 2
Or xl2
I've got access to a brand new cheap xl esc or pay the extra for a waterproof mmm2 or go big with an xl2
What's the pros and cons thanks guys

The xl's were recalled and can still be sent in and replaced with an xl2.
If size is of concern or you need water proofness go with the MMM2.
Personally, I'd get the xl. Both my XL and XL rev. 2 are still going strong after a couple years.

Mamba Monster or Mamba Monster 2 is sufficient and well proven. Personally, I don't trust the XL2.

Thanks guys I've always used mmm with zero problems was just unsure going 4-6c with a 1717

I ran a 1717 in my savage with the xl rev.2 on 4s-8s. It was insane.
