Product is through engineering and Beta test. Honestly we are only waiting on graphics to get completed.
I'll post some details up here later today.
Thanks!

The Aux channel works as just an additional channel to the ESC. Castle link is used to determine the function of the additional channel.
For example - -the Aux channel could be used to adjust drag brake in real time.

Always the creative people who slow things down.. Just a simple 'castle creations' in green ,yellow, white or blue would have been fine.

I saw on the RCCA page, that there will be a 1/18th version as well. Will it have the same features as well? and will the third channel thing work with like flysky radio's such as the GT3?
Work because i gotta, play because i wanna
People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

I don't know the details about flysky's radio, but the third channel just uses standard radio interface, so if flysky's radio can drive servos with the third channel then it will work with the Monster X.
Castle Link Live has the capability to do on-the-fly changes to settings and parameters already, on the main channel (and will work with Monster 2 and Max pro too.) I don't know if flysky intends to support Castle Link Live or not.

Glad to see some news regarding Castle ESCs.
regarding the Mamba XL-X:
- Will it feature the same new feature set you described for the monster-x?
- Will it be limited to 8s as the xl2 is?
- When can we expect the release?
Can you disclose any news about a possible upcoming Mamba XL-X HV?
- Cell limit, 12s?
- possible release date?
Any plans to release a Castle 2028 motor with lower KV? Around 600kv ... would be more suitable for 10-12s and could be geared easier compared to the 800kv motor which spins at 30000 (10s) respectively 35000rpm (12s).

Unfortunately I can't give out details. Not on a product that hasn't been released to production yet.
Thanks!

appreciate the info, though i'm more of a 1/10-1/16th guy myself. I'm more interested, in the Mamba max X and the 1/18 max X esc's. One thing i'd like to know, is what is the Cell limit (lipo) on the 1/18 version. I'm looking for a 5-6 cell limit, for building high efficiency outrunner or Low KV setups in cars. I'm not a speed freak, just like long runtimes. Right now, the only option in that league for 1/16 to 1/18th, is MGM's line of esc's. Those are very expensive, been wishing for a cheaper alternative
