the 2028 is nothing compared to the lerner 3080. There's a huge size difference.

I think the 'other side' of the ring gear actually works well. The rear driveline is nearly a straight line and there's room for a motor.

Agreed, balance is way off with all the conversions I've seen. I do have a 'proper' chassis on the drawing board, but to be honest, I'm so sick of every clown just waiting for ue to release something so they can do a crappy copy it for half price, my heart just isn't in RC these days. And the back biting and back stabbing....omg, it's just not worth it.

My two cents, don't worry about the copiers they are always gonna be around. That is their way, they know no other. Just FYI k about all the others in this hobby that appreciate people like you.
