My 2 new 1512 motors came today.



What's the first thing we all do when something shiny and new comes? Take it apart of course

Now for the nekid pics

The sensor assembly is interesting...








I don't think the back was suppose to come off, it has epoxy on it, but didn't put up much of a fight. If so, castle needs to use better glue.

Yea...not intended to come off, but you seem to have managed just fine.

Mmm, look at all that copper on the motor terminals. No losses there! And check out that double silicone conformal coating on the sensor board!

Now put it back together, slap it in a car, beat the snot out of it and let us know how it runs!
