also for a nice steering servo then a bluebird would be nice. also depends how mutch tourque you want to put into your steering power. it's pritty good name. when you purchase the spektrum remote and reciver, it comes with some pritty good servos. i say so my-self:P

is the steering suposed to re-center when you let go of the wheel, or hold the last position you had it in?

and the steering seems delayed like 2-3 seconds, dont like that, makes me hit trees or cars a lot, or miss the jumps....
I had a problem like this. I had my pillow ball retainers in a little to tight. :013: After I ran it for a little I guess the dust worked it's way in it got to tight. You may want to check this out as well.

Ive had this silly problem numerous of rebuilds/runs. Those Pillow balls/caps always get me, always. lol!


The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

ill check that, thanks for the input.....

oh, probly sticking with just alloy bulks, getting the 1/8 hybrids with gears, wow thats a lot of money...... maybe if i was running brushless, but i think the stock diffs are ok for nitro, for that price of the 1/8's anyways....

Yea, the aluminum bulks wont be bad, we were just showing you a bulletproof setup;)

well, i think im going to wait to fix the maxx till i go home in June..... than i can buy the bulks from FLM in person, and try to get a tour of the place, maybe ill take my trucks with me and go bashing with the guys....:005:

for now, im going to work on my stampede and get it running...

have you considered the stock replacements? i would just get them off ebay or something just to run it until you go home and get the flm stuff.

yeah, snapped 3 sets of stockers in a week, getting tired of changing them out, and i can't drive it without jumping it......
