Serum: No, I didn't see the edit; thanks. I was actually thinking about giving specific cell counts to each motor. It will take a while, but I think it will be a good addition to the chart.
Nick: Good idea. I'll spend some time on that as well.
damon: High quality sub c cells will be able to power basically all of the motors listed. High quality being cells like GP3700, IB3800, IB4200, etc. LiPo packs will be even better as long as they can deliver the current. Just make sure you know what you are doing when you go with lithium cells. As far as motor/controller setups, that's a bit tougher. Feigao does have a list of max amp draws of all of their motors. This is a good starting place when you start making different setups. Here's the link:
http://www.feigao.com/sdp/85838/4/cp-102738.html. Keep in mind that those are max currents. Check out the ESC manufacturer's ratings to make sure that the ESC can take the currents. Also, if your budget can take it, it never hurts to overshoot your needs. The beefier the controller, the more room it takes up, but the more electricity it can handle.
Turns is a bit harder to explain. It has to do with the amount of times a wire is wrapped around in a coil. If someone else could elaborate, that would be great. It really threw me for a loop when I opened up my 380C 6t can to find a great mass of wires glued to the inside.
