I ran one of these for a while. You have to watch it when it starts to stutter if push much more it will go wide open reverse. I not sure on if your cell is bad or not. It maybe damaged even though it is not puffed. IF you try to charge it make sure outside or in a good location just in case you get it chargeing. |
