the mixing thing works perfect. now I have mechanical brakes only.

yup I'll be there. even willing to help if mike needs anything. The way things have been going latelly I hope you have a few RC boats .

I thought mike was going to the barn last night?


boy this brake mixing is cool. I have too many choises now.... motor brake mechanical, percent ft back in the radio, mechanical adjustment.... YEIKS!
so far I have been trying just mechanical with 80 percent rear.

Yeah the channel mixing thing is cool,the ideal way to do it really,glad that worked out.That way you can keep it in car mode too,there could well be some different parameters in boat,it's a great esc,i love mine.

I do the same thing with the MGM,you can't turn the brakes off in car mode on those either.Used to use it on a TLT axled truck for rear steering,basically has 20% rear steering unless you hold a thumb button down which gives it 100% rear steering.kind of like the monster jam trucks,you can grab some rear steer when you want it.

I would assume boat mode is totally different. which is what makes a good controller different from all the others. you don't use the throtttle on a boat the same as a car for example. much less part throttle movement on a boat. Unless your walter cause he thinks the throttle is a on/off switch.LOL!
