ok, guys, tell me if this looks good. i want to make sure I'm not going to have any problems w/ batteries/ubec/balancer/li-saver/charger all working together.

+ 2x astroflight 109 chargers.

is the li-saver nessecary with the 125b?

You won't need the li-saver since the Quark has a built-in low voltage cutoff.
