right now i plan to run lipos in series but do not know how i was thinking about making a y adator to plug the battery packs in to and then in too the esc but this wont run it in series will it?
right now the revo has nothing on it only thing i have done i add imex cvds and a tekno wing mount i also am using the gmaxx single speed trany

Actually, the Y harness WILL make it run in series provided it is made correctly. Do you have a pic of it? Then, we can tell you if it is correct or not.

On the tranny, do you have the steel idler gear? If not, you'll need it. Unless you have the G2R chassis, you may need center driveshafts as well. Some people say the stock Revo center shafts will work, but I haven't used them. What lipos do you have? Gotta make sure they are rated for the current a brushless setup will pull...
