No need for disagreement, my friend. If it was a matter of optional cell counts, then I would've chosen higher turns like you, but at a specific voltage the lower turns are always faster than higher turns.
The question was simple:

9XL,10XL,12XL does this mean the higher the number the faster or more torques.

Ah yes, agreed, I just wanted to put out there as well that cell count does have an effect. But right, specified voltage, say 12 cells...will affect each motor differently as you specified.:027:
