I have only seen my 1/8 mamba setup do the braking thing I think one time, where it was running near full throttle down the street and it breifly stabbed full brakes all by itself. This happened to me at speed, not under accleration really.

This, BTW is not the same glitch I have talked about before, which happens with a stock MM setup in 1/10 cars while racing. That's a sublte hiccup that happens when the car is coasting for a second and then you get back on throttle a little.

I think some of the glitches reported could be radio related, esp when running a AM radio. Seriously, I would never ever run a high voltage, high power setup like we do on AM. And running this on a AM radio near power lines is a huge mistake IMO. Maybe that's not it, but I think you need to try running it somewhere else and see what happens before blaming the esc.

Also the ubec can cause some radio interference or so I'm told... they can be "noisy" little buggers.

Use an FM radio ALWAYS and use fresh batteries in the radio too if you have any doubts. Save the AM radios for the old beater stock cars.... like the ones I keep around for my kids. :)
