1:Whats the best tire glue? - 2:What are the best bearings?

Oh I love that idea of using tape to keep the tires from swelling. What kind of tape would you use? The fibers in duct-tape seem like it would do a great job of not stretching. I'm going to order a new set of tires & wheels right now because I can't wait to give this a try!!!
