The kontronics are very good motors, and the 4200 will scream on 14.8 volts. I use the lehner basic 4200 (similar performance) on 11.1 volts in my tc3 and it screams. 14.8 volts will be a rocketship. unless you are planning on pure speed, I don't think yuou will need 14.8 volts with that motor. On a tight track, my tc3 is almost undriveable on 11.1 volts. Just make sure you secure/protect the lipos.
