I had a similar problem with my bulks. 2 of the hinge pins were not machined enough, and were too big to fit in the bulks. The guy at great assembly was happy to replace them. You could try using the longer hinge pins (for upper arms) - but you'll need to get another set of pins to do this. I'm sure between Mike and FLM it will get sorted out....
