I know many have said this about the MMM but I think it applies in this case too... Forget the motor!!! Just give us the ESC!!!

There are plenty of motor options. Thats not the problem.


I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

Exactly, we could all care less about the motor. I have a $300 pletty sitting here and not gunna run whatever they choose to be a universal motor. With no heatsink, I am sure the pletties and nues will liquify the case at 5s.

i think the r1-mt will have a big heatsink, the r1-pro is for touring cars and other 10th scale cars.
r1-mt will be good i think.

If they dont even know what its going to look like yet what are the odds that it will be out by Spring or ''shortly after'' the R1 and R1-Pro is released.
