Anyway, the loaded KV (at max efficiency) depends on a lot of variables, not the least being the ESC used. Regard them as a guidline, not a solid number.


PS: if you have a motor over- or underloaded, it might have a huge impact on the final rpm.
I hope to get the Brushless RPM Sensor from Eagletree soon, to see how fast they really spin at WOT. Should be interesting.

Agreed! It would be very helpful if the parameters used for the "load" were specified. Otherwise it's not terribly useful other than for general comparitive reference.
