captain harlock RC-Monster Captain Offline Posts: 2,745 Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Saudi Arabia	03.14.2007, 11:13 AM Probably you need to charge it for a few minutes( till the weak cell goes over 3v) without the balancer, and then reconnect the balancer to equalize the cells without the main battery leads being connected to the charger.
