That slamball vid is funny. Personally, when someone does something stupid like that, they have no one to blame but themselves when they get hurt.
The go-cart thing is cool too. Definitely needs a BL motor. :) I should think a 3080 could do that...if geared right. After all, it's all about motor loading... IMO, the motor would be the easiest part. It's the controller that would be more difficult. Getting FETs to handle the high voltage and high current is gonna be expensive. Maybe get the system off a prius (is even that BL?). :) |
