You can make them pretty strong but it's probably not gonna be worth it by the time your done with buying the steel diff,idler,making a strong enough motor plate for a bigger motor,adapting a suitable slipper to the top shaft(unless the new slipper is up to it and can take the revo gears-i don't know).the out drive shafts are smaller too aren't they?If you can make it work with bits you've already got then there's no harm in trying-except to the tranny,it'll probably go south.

yeah you could adapt the t-maxx trans,been done before.or you could just drop a centre diff in instead.

wow, thanks for replying so quickly but i now have some new questions. do people normally damage output shafts with brushless setups? And is the new revo slipper on the pedes able to handle that kind of power? Gotta ask before i spend 150 on trans upgrades and find out the whole thing is junk. Thanks again.
