i was just going over this thread ( i didnt read everything) and this is exactly what i was looking for. i don't know the stage of development it is in or of it ever gonna be finished.i wish there was a direct bolt up option for the 3905 emaxx.
If you leave the spare ear on the motor mount it is easy to make an esc mount off of the spare ear.
I am currently running a gorilla converted E-maxx tranny with dual motor mount, like yours. But both the V2 and V1 of the slipperential tranny has only one motor mount

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise
With some of the projects that Mike is working on and from the sounds of progress at RCM I believe that 2009 is going to be a good year. With the release of the slipperential and production of the Maxx center diff/motor mount things are going to get pretty rough for some of us. Or should I say rough for competitors.
Hey Mike, Is the slipperential tranny still being worked on for production? I know your focus has shifted to 1/8 buggy and truggy, But are the Emaxx and revo stuff still coming out? If you have decided not to produce this tranny anymore, I'll just get a E-revo one and adapt it to my G2R, no biggie. I just like the design of the slipperential tranny better

The reason his focus has been on the slipperential at all is because it is a universal setup that can be adapted to just about any R/C vehicle, not just the Maxx line. That is why it has been so important to him. If you read through this post he has already told us that he is in the final stages with the legal patent pending paperwork, and should have it ready for sale soon.

That's the slipper diff he is getting the patent on, I'm Talking about the true slipperential tranny kit that was originally built for the Emaxx and the V.2 was designed for both the Emaxx and G2R. All i need to know is wether its ok to hold my breath and get one or just settle for an Emaxx/E-revo tranny
