Did you guys ever notice this on CC's website?

I tried calling but nobody is answering the phone.

By the way, did you guys remove all the connectors before sending your ESC for repair?

I got a Mamba 25 replaced a while ago and they cut my connectors off and sent them back to me with the new esc.

Yeah that's what they did with my MMM the first time it was sent back even though it was the same esc that was sent back to me they still took the deans plug off. Probably something to do with testing.

Great. I took off the deans and 6.5mm connectors before sending it off this morning.

i would cut them off as well. Worst that can happen that way is they send it back with new plugs or none at all.
