Yea, I thought hobbycity did too, but I can only find the adapters to turn 2x 3s packs into a 6s, or split a 6s pack into 2 x 3s :(

My BC8 can do 7 cells, but its only 150W charge, so it'd be slow anyway.

That new 7s hyperion charger looks the goods, but same problem, how to connect up the balance taps on the 4s and 3s? :(

I think Brian had a post about how to do it, perhaps he'll have some insight on this.

EDIT: I think it involves removing the red wire from one side and running the black wires from both and the red wire of one into a single connector but it's been a while since I saw the thread.

All I ever wanted was an honest weeks pay for an honest days work.

Any chance you remember cycles for 5 amps??? We were told 1000+ cycles was typical but never given a charge rate.

I use a Hyp 0610iNet charger and 25a, 13.8v power supply fwiw.

I don't remember for sure, but 1,000 cycles sounds feasible. They are very robust cells, if they ever make a cell that's more convenient for RC use I'll definitely be using them.
